Talk and Taste – Intermittent Fasting
The FoodPhd’s first ever Talk and Taste Event on September 12th was a smashing success!
The event was so well-attended the last attendees had to sit on the floor, but everyone enjoyed the freshly made juice made by Certified Chef Michelle Cerise.
Dr. Amy Sheflin spoke on Intermittent Fasting, approaching the subject from both a scientific perspective and a layman’s perspective, providing not just data, but context and history.
